    Pouring mixer operating procedures:

    1. Check whether the pouring mixer equipment, electrical instrumentation, air circuit, valves, etc. is normal, and whether the common tools such as pry bar, hammer, etc. are ready. Release the water in the compressed air bag.

    2. When the core, the hand is not allowed to close the mold before leaving, in order to prevent extrusion. Stacking height should be moderate, and pay attention to leave a walkway.

    3. In case of core head, core plate damage or poor mold, not pouring. When the mold pouring, die-casting machine in front of the people shall not stand, so as to avoid running fire burns. Serious fire and other emergencies, should be immediately deflated, cut off the power supply. To run fire out of the metal liquid, should be dealt with in a timely manner.

    4. Lifting work should comply with the hook worker safety regulations. Wire rope should be checked for damage before use, the hook should be hung firmly and steadily before lifting.

    5. Funnel, rapid thermometer, thermocouple paint should be dried before use.

    6. After the completion of the valve should be closed, cut off the power supply of the equipment, clean up the work site.
