This is AAC block, ALC panel production line. The main raw material can be sand or fly ask. And the capacity is from 50,000M3 to 400,000M3 per year. The density of the block is 400KG/M3 to 800KG/M3 according to the buyers inquiry.

Aerated block and panel equipment:

Aerated block equipment can make aerated block and panel which is a light weight, multi-cell new construction material; the features include lower density, 

heat insulation, high strength, exceptional seismic performance, great work ability, good resistance to high temperature, maximum sound insulation and excellent adaptability. 

aerated block is made from silicon material(silica sand, or recycled fly ash) and calcium material (lime, cement),which is widely used in building industry.

(Rebar processing section): Rebar cutting, mesh assembly, lifting, ferrying, mesh cage welding, waiting for insertion
