I. Composition of the Production Line

The sand aerated concrete block equipment production line primarily consists of the following components:

Raw Material Processing Equipment:

  • Jaw Crusher: Used to crush lumpy quicklime into a certain fineness of powder to meet subsequent process requirements.

  • Ball Mill: Further grinds the crushed lime and sand to improve the uniformity and fineness of the raw materials.

  • Screw Conveyor: Connects the raw material tank and metering tank, conveying the finely ground raw materials to the pouring mixer.

Mixing and Pouring Equipment:

  • Mixing and Pouring Machine: Mixes various raw materials in a specified ratio, adding aluminum paste and other foaming agents during the mixing process, and pours the mixture into molds. The mixture expands upon pouring due to the foaming agent.

Static Setting and Cutting Equipment:

  • Static Curing Chamber: Pre-cures the poured concrete blocks to allow initial hardening and gas generation.

  • Cutting Machine: Conducts six-sided cutting of the pre-cured concrete blocks to form blocks of the desired specifications, ensuring high cutting precision for quality assurance.

Autoclave Curing Equipment:

  • Autoclave: Subjects the cut blocks to high-temperature, high-pressure steam curing, further hardening them and forming a porous structure. The autoclave is a crucial piece of equipment in the production line.

Auxiliary Equipment:

  • Bucket Elevator: Used for vertical material lifting, such as elevating crushed lime to the ball mill feed inlet.

  • Vacuum Suction Hood: Removes waste materials from the top layer of blocks during the cutting process, enhancing waste utilization.

  • Molds and Side Plates: Used to hold the mixed slurry after pouring and allow it to foam and set.

II. Production Process Flow

The production process flow for sand aerated concrete blocks mainly comprises the following steps:

  1. Raw Material Processing: Mix sand, lime, cement, and other raw materials in a specified ratio, processing them through crushing and grinding to achieve the required fineness.

  2. Mixing and Pouring: Introduce the processed raw materials into the mixing and pouring machine, add aluminum paste and other foaming agents for mixing. After uniform mixing, pour the mixture into molds.

  3. Static Curing: Pre-cure the poured concrete blocks in a static curing chamber to allow initial hardening and gas generation.

  4. Cutting and Shaping: Conduct six-sided cutting of the pre-cured concrete blocks to form blocks of the desired specifications.

  5. Autoclave Curing: Transfer the cut blocks to an autoclave for high-temperature, high-pressure steam curing, further hardening them and forming a porous structure.

  6. Finished Product Discharge: After autoclave curing, remove the blocks, conduct grouping, stacking, and other subsequent processes.

III. Product Characteristics

Sand aerated concrete blocks exhibit the following characteristics:

  • Lightweight and Porous: Their low density and porous structure endow them with excellent thermal insulation properties.

  • Excellent Thermal Insulation: Meeting modern building energy-saving requirements, significantly reducing building energy consumption.

  • Sound Insulation: The porous structure provides effective sound insulation.

  • Fire Resistance and Water Resistance: Possessing high fire resistance and water penetration resistance.

  • Easy Construction: Available in various sizes, facilitating flexible and convenient construction.

In summary, the sand aerated concrete block equipment production line represents an efficient, environmentally friendly, and energy-saving modern production method. The sand aerated concrete blocks produced through this line boast numerous superior properties, holding broad application prospects in the construction industry.
